Design for Building Permit and Detailed Design for Construction.
For the construction of a residential–commercial complex in New Belgrade, Block 40, on cadastral parcel No. 1222/21, the structural design was prepared in full compliance with the investor’s requirements and the design brief.
The residential–commercial complex is located in the central area of New Belgrade, at the intersection of two primary traffic corridors. The immediate surroundings form a coherent urban environment with mixed residential and commercial use.
The total gross developed building area (GFA) is 52,932.10 m². The residential–commercial buildings have a floor configuration of 2 underground levels + ground floor + 8 floors + penthouse, while the commercial building has a floor configuration of 2 underground levels + ground floor + 6 floors.
