New Year’s Gift Packages for Children from Socially Vulnerable Families

Dec. 24, 2025, 11:40 a.m.

During the holiday season, when we all strive to bring a little joy into the lives of our loved ones, it is heartwarming to see initiatives that put a smile on the faces of those who need it the most. Our colleague, Milan Grgić, has been demonstrating for the fourth consecutive year how small acts of kindness can have a big impact.

This year, he will once again participate in the initiative to distribute New Year’s gift packages to children from socially vulnerable families, which will take place on January 3, 2026. This initiative brings together friends and colleagues who want to collectively bring joy and smiles to children facing challenging life circumstances.

In previous years, between 120 and 140 gift packages have been distributed annually as part of this initiative. What is particularly inspiring is that every donation is carefully planned – any remaining funds are used to assist the same families at Easter, in the form of basic food supplies.

These actions are not just about gifts – they are about community, solidarity, and the desire to make the world a better place, even if only for a moment. By his example, our colleague reminds us that even a small gesture can mean a lot, and that the true joy of the holidays comes from giving and caring for others.

We congratulate and thank him for this wonderful initiative and hope it inspires many others to do something similar in their own communities.

Inspection of the approach structures of the bridge over the Sava River in Belgrade has commenced

Sept. 22, 2025, 4:17 p.m.

Mostprojekt has commenced a professional inspection and testing of the approach structures on the New Belgrade side of the bridge over the Sava River, in the area of access to the “Novi Beograd” railway station.

The scope includes three approach bridge structures (I, II and III), constructed as continuous box girders made of prestressed reinforced concrete, with a total of 17 spans.

The aim of the works is a comprehensive assessment of the structural condition, identification of any potential damage, as well as verification of the quality of the installed materials, in order to ensure long-term and safe operation of the bridge.
